Maltacourt awarded 2015 Deal of the Year

"I'm very proud of our latest award, acknowledging the hard work by everyone involved in completing the acquisition of Mili-Cargo, which is now Maltacourt International Transport." Matt Beech, Maltacourt CEO

With 2014 reporting some of the highest levels of deal activity since the beginning of the global recession there were a lot of high hopes for 2015 – and it hasn’t disappointed. Opportunities for growth and expansion have never been better and all indications are that this will be a record year for transactions of all kinds, perhaps even better than the boom of 2007.

Acquisition International recognise the skill and dedication required to identify, arrange and complete complicated negotiations such as these, and this awards programme is dedicated to ensuring that top dealmakers internationally, whether they work for multinational corporations or smaller businesses, have their hard work recognised.

Speaking about the awards, Coordinator Charlotte Abbott commented: “With these awards, we get the chance to showcase the exciting deals which have taken place over the past 12 months, and have helped make the corporate landscape what it is today. It is a great honour to showcase our deserving winners, and I wish them even greater success in the future.

Acquisition International prides itself on the validity of its awards and winners. The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work, distinguishing them from their competitors and proving them worthy of recognition.
